Hello! I’m Meena Fonseca, and my journey from the corporate world to entrepreneurship has been extraordinary. Over the past 25 years, I’ve navigated through challenges and opportunities that have continuously enriched my learning experience. I consider myself empathetic with a calm exterior, but behind that lies a wealth of knowledge and an unyielding passion for learning, which I believe is a lifelong journey.
After my corporate stint, I co-founded a domestic BPO which managed outsourced processes for the telecom and banking sectors. It was incredibly fulfilling to help scale this start-up from a few employees to over 500. As the BPO transitioned into IT, I reached a pivotal crossroads where my coaching journey began. Coaching has been immensely rewarding, allowing me to share my accumulated knowledge and guide others on their unique paths.
Inspired by my curiosity about transformative guidance, I pursued formal coach training, earning my PCC (ICF) Coach certification. Over the past eight years, I’ve accumulated over 2,500 hours coaching individuals across various industries and geographies. Despite the success in coaching, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to identify a significant gap in the HR processes of small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).
Addressing this gap sparked the birth of “Mind Appraisers,” an HR Strategic Partner firm focused on people and potential.
My aspiration don’t stop with just supporting businesses. Through Mind Appraisers, I also intend to offer unwavering support to my fellow HR professionals across various industries. I plan to share valuable insights garnered from their years of splendid experience, fostering a community of support and growth.
I firmly believe that a company can achieve wonders when it treats its employees not merely as assets, but as individuals who deserve empathetic understanding and support.
